Enterprise Institute

The Enterprise Institute provides customized assistance to inventors, researchers, entrepreneurs and investors throughout South Dakota and the region, helping them find the path to commercialize innovation.

The Institute is headquartered in Brookings and has offices in Sioux Falls and Yankton. It was founded in 2001 and assists entrepreneurial growth enterprises in the region by:

• Assisting in the development of commercially-viable opportunities identified within South Daktoa State University,
• Establishing mentoring support and outreach for regional growth enterprises
• Supporting and/or sponsoring academic entrepreneurial programs
